Who handles your information
Shaun Greenheld operates Sentinel Quality Solutions personally as a sole proprietor. For privacy questions or requests, email shaun@sentinelqs.com.
Information you provide
When you submit an inquiry, we receive your name, work email, company, employee-count range, industry, ISO status, product or service interest, desired timeline, and message. We use these details to respond and discuss the work you request.
When purchasing is available, Stripe collects checkout information such as your name, email, billing address, and payment details. Sentinel uses transaction information, including the purchased product, amount, payment status, and purchase references, to verify payment and provide access. The current preview checkout is used for payment and delivery testing. Card details are entered on Stripe’s checkout, not in Sentinel’s inquiry form.
Do not submit payment-card details, passwords, controlled, export-restricted, confidential customer, or other sensitive information through the general inquiry form.
Website and transaction operations
Our hosting and payment services process technical information needed to operate and protect the service. This can include IP addresses, browser or device information, requested pages, timestamps, request identifiers, and error or security information.
We use information to answer inquiries, operate the website, process and verify transactions, provide access to purchased products, address download or refund issues, prevent abuse, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Payment and product-delivery processing applies when those functions are used, including authorized preview testing.
Providers and disclosures
- Vercel: website hosting, technical operations, and private storage for bundle files. Vercel privacy notice.
- Resend: delivery of website inquiries to Sentinel’s business email. Resend privacy policy.
- Google: hosting Sentinel’s business mailbox and handling inquiry correspondence received or sent through that mailbox. Google privacy policy.
- Stripe: hosted checkout, transaction verification, payment processing, and related fraud prevention for preview testing and when public purchasing becomes available. Stripe privacy policy.
Relevant data is disclosed to the provider performing that function. Inquiry emails are also retained in Sentinel’s business mailbox. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect the website, customers, or legal rights. The provider notices linked above describe their own processing.
Cookies and tracking
Our public website does not currently use advertising pixels or dedicated third-party marketing analytics. Hosting and security services still process the technical information described above.
The preview checkout uses a necessary, secure cookie to associate a verified purchase with the browser permitted to download it. The cookie expires 24 hours after checkout creation. This describes the preview test flow, not a public product-access commitment. Stripe may use its own cookies and device information for payment and security functions, as described in its policies.
This website does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals with a separate change in behavior. Necessary processing for hosting, security, inquiries, and any checkout you use continues as described in this policy.
Retention and security
We retain information for the purposes described above and for applicable legal, accounting, security, and dispute-resolution needs. Retention depends on the type of information and purpose. We review requests for deletion against those needs and any applicable requirements.
We use access controls and service-provider security measures to protect information. No method of internet transmission or storage can guarantee complete security. Please use the inquiry form only for the general business information it requests.
Your requests and policy changes
You can email shaun@sentinelqs.com to ask about or request access to information you provided, or to request a correction or deletion. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records where a legal or legitimate operational requirement applies. We will handle applicable privacy rights in accordance with the law.
We identify this policy’s effective date above and will post material updates on this page with an updated date. If additional notice or consent is required by applicable law, we will provide it. Contact us with questions before submitting information.
