Who we are
Sentinel Quality Solutions is operated by Shaun Greenheld personally as a sole proprietor. In these terms, “Sentinel,” “we,” and “us” refer to Shaun Greenheld operating as Sentinel Quality Solutions. Contact shaun@sentinelqs.com with website or purchasing questions.
What we provide
Sentinel provides editable quality-management templates, implementation guidance, and separately scoped professional services for small manufacturers.
Our digital bundles provide ISO 9001 implementation and maintenance resources, including transition-readiness material for the 2026 edition. Product descriptions and document notices identify the edition basis and scope of individual resources. Transition-readiness material does not by itself constitute a fully validated 2026 QMS or establish complete coverage of that edition. The resources are implementation aids, not copies of the official ISO standard. You are responsible for obtaining the applicable licensed standard and confirming your certification body’s requirements and transition arrangements.
Sentinel is independent of ISO and certification bodies. A purchase does not issue certification, guarantee an audit result, or establish that your organization’s QMS meets every applicable requirement.
Products and prices
- Sentinel ISO 9001 QMS Foundation Bundle: $599 USD, a one-time digital purchase.
- Sentinel ISO 9001 Certification & Maintenance Toolkit: $1,199 USD, a one-time digital purchase.
The product page identifies the included components and file formats. There is no physical shipment or recurring subscription charge for either bundle. Review the description and software requirements before ordering. Any applicable tax and the total payable will be shown before you complete payment.
The purchase covers the release supplied with your order, including the transition-readiness materials listed for that release. Later revisions or additional standards-transition updates, customization, consulting, implementation, training, audits, and ongoing support are separate unless your order expressly includes them.
Payment and digital delivery
When purchasing is available, payments are processed through Stripe. Download access is released only after Sentinel verifies a successful payment for the purchased product. The delivery method and access conditions will be shown before payment. Keep your purchase details and save a backup of your downloaded files.
If a payment completes but the download is missing or does not work, contact shaun@sentinelqs.com with your purchase email and order reference. Do not send card numbers or security codes. We will verify the order before providing access to the purchased release.
License and your responsibilities
Your purchase is subject to the Product License and Digital Product Refund Policy presented before checkout. You must have authority to purchase for the organization receiving the license. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle inquiry and transaction information.
You are responsible for adapting the documents to your operations, approving controlled documents, training users, implementing the QMS, and checking customer, legal, regulatory, and certification requirements. Templates alone do not demonstrate implementation or effectiveness.
Professional services require a separate agreed scope. Website descriptions do not establish a consulting engagement or include services with a digital purchase.
Questions and changes
Contact shaun@sentinelqs.com with purchasing questions. We may update these terms for future orders, identifying the new effective date. The terms accepted for an existing order continue to govern that order unless a later agreement or applicable law provides otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
